Shelby brings a decade of health science education to her massage therapy practice. She is most experienced in treating the face, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, hands, chest, jaw, scalp and abdomen. She also focuses on treating tension-related headaches and TMJ pain and general relaxation massage.

She has additional training in myofascial techniques, craniosacral therapy, facial & buccal massage, lymph drainage and neuromuscular therapy. Her approach offers a relaxing experience for those who prefer a quiet environment. She does not offer deep tissue massage.
